Kevin P. Hill
Kevin commenced his career in the performing arts as a dancer, singer, and an actor, featuring in the National Touring productions of Hello, Dolly! alongside Carol Channing, Leslie Uggams, and Michele Lee, as well as Anything Goes and the International Touring Company of A Chorus Line. He has directed and choreographed over 200 productions throughout the United States, including notable works such as Titanic, Sunset Boulevard, Jersey Boys, The Sound of Music, A Christmas Carol, Young Frankenstein, Mary Poppins, Sister Act, Mamma Mia!, Smokey Joe’s Cafe, Grease, and others. Kevin has had the honor of collaborating with renowned artists including Alice Ripley, Marin Mazzie, Jeannette Bayardelle, Joanne Worley, Kathleen Turner, Josh Groban, Jonathan Groff, and Tony Award winner Cady Huffman. In New York, he served as the assistant to the director for On the Twentieth Century at the New Amsterdam Theatre and as an assistant/observer to Sergio Trujillo during the revival of Guys and Dolls. Kevin has received nominations for Best Director/Choreographer for his contributions to Titanic, Sunset Boulevard, Smokey Joe's Café, Rent, The Full Monty, Chicago, and Edwin Drood, and he was honored with the NH Theatre Award for Best Choreography for West Side Story at the Papermill Theatre. Additionally, he has been recognized with six Broadway World awards and two Motif awards for his productions of Mamma Mia!, Mary Poppins, and Young Frankenstein. As a Professor of Dance, Kevin has taught at Pennsylvania State University, Kansas State University, and The Boston Conservatory of Music. Together with his husband Matthew, he has established their own production company, Chappell Hill Productions, which is co-producing the new Broadway musical Gun & Powder. Chappell Hill Productions is also the lead producer of an innovative theatrical format known as Dance Night. Kevin is a proud member of SDC, AEA, the Dramatist Guild, and a former member of Dance Masters of New England, Chapter 5. He currently holds the position of Producing Artistic Director at North Shore Music Theatre and Theatre By The Sea.
Matthew Chappell
As an actor and singer, Matthew has worked all over the world in more than 30 productions in theater, as lead vocalist in Stephen Schwartz’s Magic To Do for Princess Cruise Lines, and appearances at Feinstein’s/54 Below, The Duplex, Carnegie Hall, and The Metropolitan Room. He is a former talent agent, casting associate, and photographer for Heyman Talent Agency, specializing in TV/film, commercials, runway, print and voiceovers. He is the former Associate Producer for Encore International, casting and producing shows for theme parks, cruise ships, and corporate events. Matthew is currently the Associate Producer and Casting Director for North Shore Music Theatre and Casting Director for Theatre By The Sea.

Leo serves as our office manager and executive assistant. To be honest, he doesn’t really get much work done but he’s awfully sweet.
